1. Tell us what you want. Sizes and measurements, colours, the occasion, and when you need it by. Pictures of what you have in mind help.
2. We confirm everything in writing. Price, lead time, the specification we will work to, and what can and cannot be done. You approve before any work begins — no surprises later.
3. We crochet it, and you approve it. Custom pieces are made to the confirmed specification, which is why they cannot be returned for a change of mind — but if it does not match what we agreed, we make it right.
